The adapter is designed to fit perfectly in place of the stock wastegate. It eliminates the problem with the stock valve with a very simple solution. Leaving the stock solenoid in place preserves the quick control of the stock system, and replacing the valve parts with sealed metal components ensures strength and reliability no matter how much boost is applied.
The easy-to-install DV valve mechanism adapter replaces the original plastic valve that often cracks, breaks or leaks due to a weak spring. Our valve is made of aluminum with a brass piston and a strong spring. This is the best option to eliminate the faulty leaky valve but is controlled by the original solenoid. The end result is faster throttle response, responsive valve operation and maintaining maximum boost.
