Purelux Road Curve C790 – powerful curved auxiliary LED light with PowerBoost® mode

The Purelux Road Curve C790 is a long-awaited, larger and more powerful version of the Road Curve auxiliary light that made the Purelux brand famous. In addition to its stylish dark appearance, the C790 features a frameless lens, dual-colour position light (white or amber), and two selectable power modes. The light can be switched between an E-approved road-legal mode and the Purelux PowerBoost® mode intended for off-road use, which unleashes the lamp’s full lighting potential.

In PowerBoost® mode, the C790 delivers up to an impressive 16,500 lumens according to the manufacturer, with a measured range well beyond half a kilometre at 1 lux. The light beam is sharply cut off vertically and evenly distributed horizontally, ensuring that all available light is directed exactly where it is needed, without wasting output into treetops or the sky.

Designed specifically for dark and winding Nordic roads, the Road Curve C790 provides excellent visibility even in challenging weather conditions. The precisely controlled beam pattern prevents glare from snow, rain or reflective road surfaces and avoids creating excessive foreground light. This allows the lamp to be mounted low, for example under the licence plate, while still maintaining a clean and discreet installation. With a measured range of up to 635 metres at 1 lux, the C790 significantly increases reaction time and driving safety for both everyday drivers and professionals.
