Ecumaster ADU7 – 7" premium racing dash

The ADU7 is the larger unit in the ECUMASTER Racing Dash family, offering:

• more display area,

• better visibility of key parameters,

• the ability to show more channels at the same time.

The display was designed in consultation with drivers and race engineers to maximise usability during practice, qualifying and races.

Display pages and configuration

The ADU7 includes multiple preconfigured pages that can be customised:

• practice page,

• qualifying page,

• diagnostic pages,

• error/report pages.

Every element can be edited:
– gauges,
– bar graphs,
– icons,
– text,
– alarm messages.

Overlay system

The overlay system allows you to show critical information regardless of the active page, such as:

• low oil pressure,

• best lap,

• temperature warnings,

• system status messages.

Shift lights / LEDs / alarms

The ADU7 is equipped with 15 ultra-bright RGB LEDs, which can be used as:

• shift lights (gear change indication),

• alarm indicators (fuel level, oil temperature, coolant temperature, pressures),

• user-defined notifications according to driver preference.

Qualifying mode and lap timer

Using GPS or IR beacons, the ADU7 can:

• provide accurate lap timing,

• display predictive lap time,

• show time delta to the best lap,

• handle user-defined timers (e.g. pit-stop timer).

Inputs, outputs and communication

Inputs:

• 8 analogue inputs 0–5 V (10-bit), with software-controlled 10 kΩ pull-up / pull-down,

• 8 digital inputs (VR/Hall) with software-controlled 4k7 pull-ups,

• all analogue and digital inputs can also be used as switch inputs.

Outputs:

• 2 low-side outputs (up to 2 A),

• 1 analogue output 0–5 V (10-bit),

• monitored +5 V output for powering external sensors.

Communication:

• 2 × CAN 2.0 A/B (125 / 250 / 500 / 1000 kbps) – fully configurable CAN streams,

• RS232 (Rx/Tx) – compatible with AiM, Ecumaster, Hondata Kpro, Autronic,
