The project, designed in a CAD environment based on 3D scans of the car, ensures a perfect fit for the original body components. High-strength, corrosion- and weather-resistant PA9 (7075) aluminum was used for production. The CNC machining of the parts ensures high manufacturing precision, allowing for a tight and rigid installation on the car's body. The use of modern materials and technology minimizes play and vibrations, providing excellent hood stability. Thanks to the gas struts that hold the hood in an open position, the user doesn't have to worry about the hood accidentally dropping, which increases safety.
