The integrated intercooler is located directly within the intake manifold, providing efficient charge air cooling, reducing intake temperatures by up to approx. 18°C. With significantly increased core volume and optimized flow geometry, this solution reduces backpressure, easing the load on the turbocharger, increasing engine lifespan, and delivering a real boost in power and torque.
