Intercooler Forge Motorsport FMINT27.N for Hyundai i30N

The Forge intercooler keeps the IATS safe and prevents the stock ECU from taking the timing off the engine, resulting in a loss of power. If you're running an i30N on a fast road or have a high performance tune in a hot climate, this product is essential.

The bar and plate cluster has 129% more volume and over 71% more frontal area (compared to the stock intercooler), which means the Forge Motorsport intercooler is the largest currently available on the market. To ensure optimal cooling efficiency, the development team created a fabricated ducting system that was cleverly integrated into the superior design of this product.

The diameter of the inlet and outlet was increased to 65mm, which represents a 27% increase in volume over the original cooler, for perfect flow. The development team also added a custom hard pipe that was increased in diameter by 14 mm to 64 mm from the factory 50 mm. The supercharger pipe and intercooler come with a standard textured black powder coating for maximum longevity.
This intercooler, combined with the Forge intake, and a quality cat back exhaust with factory software, will allow you to achieve unparalleled levels of performance. The final test results were quite remarkable - not only did the Forge Motorsport intercooler cut IATS in half, but it also significantly increased horsepower and torque over Hyundai's advertised figures of 275 hp and 278 lb.ft of torque, to the extremely impressive 307 hp and 347 lb.ft.
