The FMIC.Pro aluminum oil cooler and lower engine guard provides effective protection for critical components and the lubrication system in BMW F80, F82, and F83 M3/M4 vehicles. The factory oil cooler is located in the lower section of the engine bay, directly behind the front bumper, which makes it highly susceptible to direct mechanical damage from impacts and road debris.
The original plastic cover offers limited resistance to mechanical stress, often resulting in cracking and potential oil cooler damage. A leak in the lubrication system can lead to serious engine failure, including complete seizure.
The FMIC.Pro guard is made of 3.5 mm thick aluminum, cut and shaped with CNC technology. Precision machining ensures a perfect fit to the factory mounting points and excellent dimensional accuracy. The entire surface is protected with a powder-coated finish, providing increased resistance to corrosion, mechanical wear, and harsh weather conditions.
