The original plastic shield offers low resistance to mechanical stress, often resulting in cracks and potential damage to the oil cooler. A loss of oil pressure can lead to serious engine failures, including complete seizure.
The FMIC.Pro guard is made of 3.5 mm thick aluminum, cut and shaped using CNC technology. Precision machining ensures a perfect fit to factory mounting points and high dimensional repeatability. The surface is coated with a powder-painted finish, which increases resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage, and harsh environmental conditions.
