The FMIC.Pro Oil Catch Tank is a dedicated oil vapor separation system developed specifically for 3.0T V6 VR30DDTT Twin Turbo engines. Its purpose is to effectively capture oil vapors and contaminants before they enter the intake system. In turbocharged engines, it improves intake cleanliness and engine stability, eliminating common issues such as power loss, carbon buildup, oil-contaminated intercoolers, and the risk of boost system leaks.

The FMIC.Pro system is easy to install, simple to maintain, and recommended at every stage of modification – from stock vehicles to high-power builds.

During engine operation, a portion of combustion gases enters the crankcase. The higher the power output and boost pressure, the greater the amount of gases and oil vapors routed through the crankcase ventilation system. In factory configuration, these vapors are returned to the intake, causing:

-Reduced combustion quality and power loss
-Carbon buildup on intake valves
-Oil accumulation in the intercooler and reduced cooling efficiency
-Lower octane rating of the air-fuel mixture

The FMIC.Pro Oil Catch Tank eliminates these issues through multi-stage filtration. Cleaned gases are returned to the intake system, while oil and contaminants remain trapped in the tank.
