The LS Billet oil cooler block-off plate was designed for LS series engines from General Motors, third and fourth generation.
It is used to permanently close or bypass the oil channel after removing the factory oil cooler.
It is used during the replacement or installation of an LS engine in tuning projects, swaps, and sports vehicles where the oil cooling system is no longer utilized.
The plate ensures full sealing of the lubrication system, prevents leaks, and allows proper oil flow.
