The FMIC.EU Tuning Cylinder Head was designed with LS3 units in mind, delivering optimal performance for both track and road applications. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, it features high mechanical strength, temperature resistance, and precise CNC machining. T6 heat treatment increases material hardness and dimensional stability, ensuring durability and reliability in extreme operating conditions. Optimized shapes of the intake ports and combustion chambers provide excellent flow.
The enlarged design of the intake and exhaust ports enables more efficient cylinder filling, which translates into higher airflow efficiency and better performance across the full rev range, without losing torque in the low and mid range. The exhaust port outlet is designed centrally relative to the valve, which allows for more uniform flow and increased efficiency of the exhaust system.
