Dump Valve Forge Motorsport FMDV18.R for Volkswagen Up 1.0 Tsi Red

This valve kit allows the installation of a fast-response blow off valve on the VAG 1.0 TSI/GTI engine, including the VW UP.

As the engine is not equipped with a standard bypass valve, Forge Motorsport has developed a two-piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when lifting the throttle, but it also increases throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag, it is designed to help the turbocharger maintain its speed ready for when you accelerate, as well as prolonging the life of your turbo.

Due to the exposed position of the original supercharger hose and the nature of an engine's heat cycle, the plastic from which the original hose is made can deteriorate over time, becoming brittle and susceptible to supercharger leaks. This kit completely replaces that plastic hose from turbo to manifold with a silicone hose (available in a choice of colors), and everything you need to install the valve is included in the kit along with full instructions.
