Forge Grande Punto/Alfa Mito 1.4Tjet intake kit

The Forge Motorsport intake kit for Fiat Grande Punto and Alfa Romeo Mito 1.4Tjet features an extra-large airflow system for high flow rates, as well as a larger than standard pleated synthetic nanofibre filter for high performance filtration and improved engine breathing.

The flowmeter mount is CNC machined and slightly vaulted in Forge's Gloucester facility to ensure maximum airflow, while simulating the standard configuration so as not to cause warning lights to trip.
Forge also supplies a laser-cut aluminium guard, which fits under the filter and directs air into the filter, preventing it from entering the engine compartment via the hood us bonnet panel.
During testing, Forge measured gains of 11bhp when the induction system was coupled with engine reprogramming, which is usually necessary to make the most of increased airflow.
