The FMIC.Pro Oil Catch Tank is a dedicated oil vapor separation system designed specifically for the 5.0L, 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines. Its purpose is to effectively capture oil vapors and contaminants before they enter the intake system. In turbocharged engines it significantly improves intake cleanliness and engine stability, eliminating common issues such as power loss, carbon buildup, intercooler oiling and boost system leaks.
The FMIC.Pro system is easy to install, simple to maintain and recommended for all stages of modification – from stock vehicles to high boost builds.

During engine operation some combustion gases pass into the crankcase. With increasing power and boost pressure more oil vapors are directed through the PCV system. In the factory configuration they return to the intake, causing:

• lower combustion quality and reduced power
• carbon buildup on intake valves
• oil accumulation in the intercooler reducing efficiency
• reduced octane rating of the air–fuel mixture

The FMIC.Pro Oil Catch Tank prevents these issues by using multi-stage internal filtration. Cleaned gases return to the intake, while oil and contaminants remain in the tank.
