Swirl Flap Delete Kit FMIC.EU for Volkswagen AUDI 2.0 TFSI EA113

The kit allows removal of the swirl flaps together with the shaft and fills the empty spaces inside the manifold runners using dedicated blanking inserts.

Factory swirl flaps in the intake manifold are designed to improve engine operation in certain conditions, however in modified vehicles they often become a real airflow restriction. Even fully open, the flaps create additional resistance and turbulence, which can negatively affect performance after power increases.

After installation, an ECU software adjustment is recommended to eliminate possible cold-start running issues.
