The TEIN Flex Z Series is designed for drivers who expect a balance of performance, comfort and durability without excessive cost. This suspension system offers ride height adjustment, damping force control and complete mounting solutions, making it suitable for both daily driving and more dynamic use.

Sealed Structure

The damper features a sealed construction where oil and gas are enclosed within a crimped shell pipe. This design shortens the production process, allowing for reduced manufacturing costs while maintaining high product quality and consistency.

Twin-Tube Technology

Compared to monotube systems, the twin-tube design provides a longer stroke with lower internal pressure, resulting in improved ride comfort.
This construction ensures smoother operation over uneven surfaces, better absorption of road imperfections and stable performance during both low- and high-speed driving.

16-Level Damping Force Adjustment

FLEX Z is equipped with a 16-step damping force adjustment system that simultaneously controls compression and rebound.
Using the adjustment dial, the driver can easily fine-tune suspension characteristics to match personal preferences or driving conditions.

Mount

Each kit includes mounts specifically designed for the given vehicle model, ensuring proper fitment and ease of installation.
For selected applications where mounts are not included, original equipment mounts are used.

Optimal Dust Boot

A durable dust boot protects the piston rod from contaminants and damage, ensuring smooth operation and extended lifespan of the shock absorber (in some cases OE dust boots are utilized).
