Forge turbo outlet hose for BMW 335 Diesel E90/91/92/93 2006-2013 (N57).

The combination of heat, oil and turbo pressure puts a strain on the brittleness of the original hose, and deteriorates its metal walls and connectors. After several problems with these hoses and the associated loss of turbo pressure, customers are offered an expensive, yet poor quality replacement part from BMW.

The Forge Motorsport hose is made of 4 layers of fluorosilicone designed to withstand the temperatures, pressures and oil corrosion present at the turbo outlet. The alloy fittings are CNC cut to fit perfectly with the other components.

Please note that this kit does not contain a poorly fitting O-ring, and the original seals must be removed from the stock fitting to install the Forge fitting.

If the O-rings need to be replaced, originals can be purchased from BMW under component numbers 11618506786, or 11617791470. These two component numbers correspond to the original O-ring and the replacement O-ring, both of the same quality and size.

Please note: SERIAL O-RINGS MUST BE SAVED FOR FORGE HARDNESS ASSEMBLY.
