Valved exhaust system FMIC.Pro for Audi A6 A7 C7 3.0 TFSI V6 2012-2018

The FMIC.Pro exhaust system is designed to improve exhaust gas flow and deliver a noticeably sportier sound character.

The 70mm / 2.75”  piping diameter combined with the muffler configuration provides a deeper, fuller tone under load while maintaining driving comfort during normal operation – especially with the valves closed.

The system is manufactured entirely from SS304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high operating temperatures. CNC mandrel-bent piping ensures consistent geometry and precise fitment to factory mounting points. Installation is straightforward and follows a plug & play concept. All welds are performed using TIG welding in an argon atmosphere, ensuring clean, aesthetic, and fully sealed joints – essential for long-term durability.

CNC-machined 10 mm thick flanges are used at connection points. They provide high rigidity, reduce the risk of deformation caused by thermal cycles, and ensure even gasket pressure across the entire surface.

The system features integrated electronic exhaust valves that control exhaust gas routing in the rear section:

Closed mode - exhaust gases pass through the full silencing section, delivering a refined sound and high comfort for daily driving.

Open mode - exhaust gases bypass the rear muffler, resulting in a louder, more direct, and sportier exhaust tone.

This solution allows the driver to adjust exhaust characteristics depending on driving conditions and preferences. Valve control is operated via the included control module and two remote fobs, allowing instant switching between modes.

For maximum flow and high exhaust system efficiency, the FMIC.Pro kit includes a high-flow downpipe. After installation, low-end response is noticeably improved, the turbo spools faster, turbo lag is reduced, and the engine builds power and torque more effectively across the entire rev range.
