Forged rods JRspec Toyota 1UZ/2UZ/3UZ Rods

Set of JRspec forged connecting rods made in H-beam technology for Toyota / Lexus with 1UZ-FE, 2UZ-FE, 3UZ-FE V8 engines

- Made from the highest quality ANSI4340 (EN24) forged steel, strength exceeding 200HP per cylinder.
- Vacuum degassed before machining.
- All forgings X-rayed before machining.
- Heat treated (normalised).
- Surface hardened after machining (stress relieved).
- Edges are aligned.

Each bore has been honed twice to guarantee a perfect circle (tolerance of 0.01mm). In addition, the connecting rods have been angled (they are perfectly straight vertically) to 0.01mm - many brand manufacturers have discrepancies here exceeding even 0.1mm, which results in faster wearing of the shells!

Each single set of connecting rod has its own individual number. Sets packed by weight and balanced END to END. The heads are additionally reinforced with top quality bronze bushings at the piston pin location.

The connecting rods have been tested in +1500hp Calibra Tsunami.
