The FMIC.Pro intercooler is a dedicated design developed specifically for the Ford Ranger Raptor MK4 with the 3.0 EcoBoost engine. Compared to the factory setup, it offers significantly higher charge air cooling efficiency and optimized airflow – a key advantage in modified and high-performance vehicles. The intercooler is made entirely of aluminum. The core measures 480 mm x 210 mm x 110 mm, greatly increasing the heat exchange surface, which effectively reduces intake air temperatures and ensures thermal stability even under heavy load. The intercooler features two 56 mm inlet/outlet connections and one 67 mm outlet.
