Transmission Oil Cooler Adapter FMIC.Pro DSG DQ250

The FMIC.Pro adapter for the DSG DQ250 transmission is a precisely manufactured mounting component that allows the installation of an external transmission oil cooler. It is an essential upgrade for vehicles with increased power where oil temperatures can rise quickly during dynamic driving. Excessive heat can lead to reduced performance accelerated wear and the risk of the transmission entering limp mode.
Using the FMIC.Pro adapter enables the expansion of the factory cooling system by adding an external heat exchanger which improves the thermal stability of the DSG DQ250 gearbox.
The adapter body is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized black for high resistance to corrosion temperature and operating pressure. The set includes AN8 fittings for leak-free hose connection. A high temperature silicone coupler absorbs vibrations and steel clamps ensure secure mounting.
