DC0482 Digital Thermatic® Fan Switch - GEN II with 1/8" NPT Sensor

Upgrade your cooling control with the latest GEN II Digital Thermatic^® Fan Switch. This comprehensive kit comes equipped with a 1/8" NPT Thermal Sensor for precise, direct coolant temperature measurement, while delivering improved usability, durability, and performance.

Superseding the previous 0448 model, the GEN II can run 1 or 2 fans with a faster response time. Fan #1 activates at your set temperature, while Fan #2 kicks in just 5 seconds later (reduced from 10 seconds) to manage peak cooling loads efficiently. Both fans switch off once the temperature drops 5°C below the set point.

• Improved Display & Layout: Larger, clearer LED display with °C / °F units and all wiring relocated to the rear for a cleaner installation.
• Advanced Override Control: Dual manual override wires allow for independent fan control with selectable signal polarity (positive or negative).
• Enhanced Durability: Upgraded to an IP67 rating for superior dust and water protection.
• Expanded Temp Range: Adjustable from 5°C to 110°C (41°F to 230°F).
• 12V & 24V Compatible: 12V standard; simply swap to 24V relays (Part #10534, sold separately) for 24V systems.
