Electric Water Pump (EWP®) Mounting Bracket Kit DC8700

The Davies Craig EWP^® Mounting Bracket Kit adds another prodigious mounting alternative to the technique by which customers can securely install their remote-mounted pump. While Davies Craig has always acknowledged the lightweight EWP^® range can be self-supporting while connected to the radiator hose, this bracket offers first-rate mounting flexibility.

It assists with the hard mounting of the EWP^® to the engine bay or chassis by providing a custom-moulded rubber dampener to minimise vibration damage and secure the pump tightly.

Compatibility & Features

This mounting accessory offers a reliable hold and is designed specifically to be used with both Nylon and Alloy versions of the following EWP^® models:

• EWP^®115 (Nylon & Alloy)
• EWP^®130 / EWP^®140 (Alloy)
• EWP^®150 (Alloy)
• Vibration Minimisation: The included rubber damper loops securely around the pump, isolating it from harsh engine and chassis vibrations.
• Secure Fitment: Features a robust outer steel ring tightened by a hex bolt and Nyloc nut for reliable, long-lasting holding power.

Important Installation Notes

• Correct Positioning: When looping the rubber damper over the EWP's circumference, ensure the rubber tabs sit flush against the top rim of the pump housing to achieve a secure fitment.
• Outlet Clearance: Before fully tightening the bolt, double-check that the clamp and the bolt mechanism are located away from the EWP^® outlet. If positioned incorrectly, hose fitment and routing can be compromised.
