The FMIC.Pro performance cone air filter has been designed for high-performance intake systems used in sports, racing, tuned and standard vehicles. Its construction reduces restrictions in the intake system and ensures a stable supply of a large volume of air to the engine.

The filter element is made of nanofiber material, which provides high airflow capacity and effective filtration of dust, fine particles and other contaminants. The fine structure of the nanofibers provides an effective combination of high airflow and an appropriate level of engine protection.

The filter material is reinforced on both sides with steel mesh, providing high rigidity and resistance to deformation, stabilizing the filter material and protecting it against damage.

The pleated construction creates numerous folds that significantly increase the filtration surface without increasing the external dimensions of the filter. The larger surface area allows a high volume of air to flow freely.

An additional smaller cone is integrated into the upper part of the filter. This solution increases the total filtration surface and allows air to be drawn in through the top section as well.

The rubber mounting element features an internal step that provides a smooth transition to the intake pipe and eliminates an edge that could disturb airflow. The profiled internal velocity stack smoothly directs the airflow into the intake system, reducing turbulence and flow resistance.

To maintain high filtration efficiency and adequate airflow, the condition of the filter should be checked regularly and accumulated contaminants should be removed. Dedicated cleaning products should be used. The filter material should then be evenly coated with a thin layer of air filter oil, avoiding excessive saturation, which could restrict airflow or contaminate intake system components.

To provide optimal operating conditions for the filter, we recommend using a heat shield. When driving in difficult weather or off-road conditions, it is also recommended to protect the filter with a hydrophobic HydroShield cover, which helps reduce contact between the filter material and water or contaminants.

The filter is equipped with a stainless steel hose clamp, ensuring secure and durable installation on the intake pipe.
