Intake Manifold with Intercooler FMIC.Pro for BMW G20 330i G22 430i G42 230i 2.0 B48 TU 2019-

Dedicated FMIC.Pro intake manifold with an integrated Water-to-Air intercooler, designed for BMW vehicles equipped with the B48 engine. The design combines the intake manifold and charge air cooler in one component, replacing the factory plastic assembly.

The integrated intercooler core absorbs heat directly from the charge air before it reaches the cylinders. The Water-to-Air cooling system effectively removes heat from the core and helps maintain more stable intake system operating conditions under higher engine loads. The aluminium construction provides high rigidity and resistance to the pressure and temperature present in the forced induction system.

The manifold is equipped with four 1/8" NPT ports, one for each intake runner, allowing the installation of water/methanol injection or nitrous oxide nozzles.
The design retains the factory mounting points and connections required for integration with the intake system and the liquid intercooler cooling circuit. The kit includes hoses, fittings, clamps, seals and components required for installation.
