Intercooler Forge Motorsport FMINT11 for Audi TT RS Mk3 8s

Forge has built part of its success on its intercoolers, which offer real gains in power and cooling. After the famous RS3 8V intercooler, here's the one for the TTRS 8S. The 8V's chassis has much in common with that of the TTRS 8S, but the space behind the bumper has a different shape, and the anti-roll bar has also been modified. A completely new intercooler and roll bar configuration had to be developed for this new chassis. The TTRS intercooler core is huge, has a "bar and plate" design and measures 640x250x100 mm. It offers 56% more external surface area than the original and 94% more volume. The fuel tanks are built with integrated manifolds to retain the original turbo hoses, although they can be replaced with Forge's FMKT024 for greater reliability. As on the 8V chassis, Forge supplies a modified Audi TTRS roll bar to accommodate this much larger intercooler.

The hoop and intercooler have a powder-coated crackle-black finish for maximum longevity.
