CFC Unit Stäubli connector, dual AN-12, adapts your CFC Unit filler neck to work with the Stäubli quick fill options.

This adapter replaces the stock filler neck attachment of the Nuke Performance CFC Units and gives you a dual setup of AN-12 ports. It is developed to work with the Stäubli quick fill options. The adapter is easily mounted to the CFC Unit top lid with the included hardware and Viton gasket.

It seals to the used fittings either with the internal AN flange used on Stäubli quick-connect adapters or an ORB O-ring seal if you want to mount AN-12 ORB fittings to either of the two available ports. The additional port can also be plugged off with an AN-12 ORB Plug if needed.

How to install the Stäubli connector to the CFC Unit?

The CFC Unit Stäubli connector, dual AN-12, replaces the stock filler neck assembly by removing the five M6 bolts that secure the filler neck to the top lid of the CFC. To access these bolts, remove the CFC unit from the fuel cell and reach them from the underside of the top lid. Position the Stäubli connector with its Viton gasket between the connector and the top lid, and secure it using the five included M6 bolts.

This machined aluminum adapter is sold separately as an accessory and is not delivered with any Nuke Performance CFC Units. No Stäubli connectors is included with the connector, these has to be purchased individually and is not provided by Nuke Performance.
