High-performance Pulsar Gen2 turbo blanket designed for PTG 70G and PTE 66E, 70E, 75E and 85E series turbochargers with compatible external wastegate turbine housings. Its multilayer construction provides effective thermal insulation, helping to retain heat within the turbine housing and reduce heat transfer to surrounding engine components.

• High-silica inner layer reinforced with steel wire mesh provides excellent heat resistance up to 1000°C and improved mechanical strength

• Ceramic fiber insulation layer offers low thermal conductivity and temperature resistance up to 1260°C

• Steel wire mesh reinforced edges help prevent cracking caused by vibration and friction

• Aramid stitching reinforced with wire mesh withstands temperatures up to 800°C

• Stainless steel retaining springs with phosphated surface treatment provide fatigue resistance and long-term durability

• Multilayer thermal protection helps reduce heat radiation from the turbine housing

• Compatible with selected PTG 70G and PTE 66E 70E 75E 85E turbine housings
