This adapter installs between the turbo pressure sensor and the intake manifold. A very quick installation in 5 minutes will allow you to have a vacuum/turbo connection to install a turbo pressure gauge or dump valve.

The Forge design allows the standard engine cover to be reassembled after installation, and the gauge to be removed if necessary.
