EGR flange for VW Audi Skoda Seat 2.0 TDI 1.9TDI engines (90/100//105/130/140/170 KM)

High quality aluminium made replacement for the EGR valve from FMIC. Flange TIG welded, then planning to ensure a perfect fit to the intake manifold. Additionally CNC milled for the o-ring which prevents blows in the place of connection with the manifold. The flange at the end is swaged to prevent the cable from slipping.

Using the EGR flange from FMIC prevents the return of exhaust gases to the intake manifold which brings a number of benefits and prevents the build-up of carbon deposits and soot in the intake system.
