Set of Fmic.Pro forged connecting rods in X-Beam technology for Toyota 2JZ, 2JZ-GE, 2JZ-GTE They are made of the highest quality ANSI4340 forged steel (EN24) with a strength of more than 200 ps per cylinder. Degassed in a vacuum before processing. All forgings before X-ray treatment. machined (normalized). Afterwards surface-blasted (annealed). Edges aligned. Each hole has been ground twice (before and after folding the foot), which guarantees a perfect circle (tolerance 0.01mm). In addition, the connecting rods have been angled to 0.01 mm (they are perfectly straight vertically) - many brand manufacturers show deviations of more than 0.1 mm here, which leads to faster wear of the bushings! Every single connecting rod + foot set has its own individual number. Sets packed and balanced by weight. END is END. The heads are additionally reinforced with the highest quality bronze bushings in the piston pin seat. Connecting rods were tested in Calibra Tsunami with more than 1,500 horsepower.
