The Athena Cut Ring Racing Head Gasket is the result of continuous research and development aimed at meeting the ever-increasing demands for higher performance, maximum sealing, and resistance to extreme thermal and mechanical stress typical of motorsports and drag racing. With a thickness of 1.20 mm and a bore diameter of 100.00 mm, this gasket is designed for high-pressure engines, including turbocharged and NOS applications where boost exceeds 2 bar.

Cut Ring Technology: Combines the advantages of excellent high-pressure sealing with separate recessed rings, known as Cooper Rings, eliminating the need for irreversible engine block modifications for ring seats.

Reinforced Motorgasket Body: A steel core covered with two layers of asbestos-free aramid fibre, developed by Athena’s R&D department, providing excellent thermal and mechanical resistance while maintaining perfect adaptability to cylinder head and block mating surfaces.

Silicone Beading: Applied to critical sealing areas such as oil and coolant passages to ensure maximum sealing in all operating conditions.

Stainless Steel Cut Ring Support Rings (AISI 304): Ensure maximum sealing capacity around the cylinder bores with no loss of compression, even in extreme applications such as NOS and/or turbocharged engines where boost exceeds 2 bar.
