EGR Valve Delete Kit FMIC.EU for Ford Mondeo Jaguar X-Type 2.0 2.2 TDCi

High-quality aluminum replacement for the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve from FMIC. The flange is TIG welded and then surface-milled to ensure perfect fitment to the intake manifold. Additionally, it is CNC machined for an O-ring groove that prevents leaks at the connection point. The flange ends with a rolled collar to prevent the hose from slipping off.

Using the FMIC EGR flange brings many benefits, including faster turbo spool at low RPM, reduced carbon deposit build-up (a common cause of damaged EGR valves), and increased airflow.
The outlet diameter of the flange is 51mm.
