Purelux Panther Aero C540 is an aerodynamically shaped LED light bar and the latest addition to the slim-framed Panther Aero product family. It combines modern design with an outstanding size-to-performance ratio, placing it among the best single-row auxiliary light bars on the market. Externally, the bar features dark optics, a frameless lens, a low-profile housing and a dual-colour position light, while internally it delivers impressive performance for its size.

The Aero C540 offers two power modes: a road-approved mode with limited output and the Purelux PowerBoost® mode, which unleashes the full lighting performance. In PowerBoost® mode, the light output reaches 8,249 lumens with a measured range of 444 metres at 1 lux.

Switching between power modes is exceptionally easy thanks to the integrated button at the end of the lamp – no additional wiring is required. The lamp remembers the last selected mode, ensuring safe operation when returning to public roads.

The beam pattern consists of a wide rectangular main beam that offers an excellent balance between width and distance. Thanks to the curved design, the light is spread very widely to the sides, effectively illuminating road edges, ditches and forest lines directly in front of the vehicle. Vertically, the beam is softly limited, making it especially suitable for bumper installations while still performing well in hilly terrain or roof-mounted setups.

With a neutral 5000 K colour temperature, the light provides natural colour rendering, reduced glare in poor weather conditions and less eye strain during long night drives. The aerodynamic black housing, dark optics and stylish position light give Panther Aero C540 a modern and professional appearance.
