The FMIC.EU tuning cylinder head has been designed for LS1 engines, providing optimal performance for both track and street applications. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, it offers high mechanical strength, heat resistance, and precise CNC machining. Heat treatment in the T6 process increases material hardness and dimensional stability, ensuring durability and reliability under extreme operating conditions. Optimized intake port and combustion chamber shapes provide excellent airflow.
The enlarged intake and exhaust port design allows more efficient cylinder filling, resulting in improved airflow efficiency and better performance across the entire rev range, without loss of torque at low and mid RPM. The exhaust port outlet has been centrally aligned with the valve, allowing for a more even flow and increased exhaust system efficiency.
