ZRP +1.0 Exhaust Inconel Valves are engineered for high-performance Audi and Volkswagen 2.5L TFSI EA855 engines found in the TT-RS and RS3. Designed to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures and elevated cylinder pressures, these oversized exhaust valves deliver exceptional strength, thermal stability, and long-term reliability in demanding street and motorsport applications.

Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), ZRP exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. Developed for extreme-duty use, they are ideal for high-boost turbocharged engines, upgraded cylinder heads, and endurance racing environments where conventional stainless-steel valves are no longer sufficient.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure outstanding dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue.
