Designed to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures and elevated boost pressures, these valves deliver exceptional durability, thermal stability, and consistent performance in both high-performance street builds and demanding motorsport applications.

Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), ZRP exhaust valves maintain structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. They are specifically developed for extreme-duty environments where conventional stainless-steel valves cannot tolerate the thermal and mechanical loads generated by modern turbocharged engines.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure outstanding dimensional accuracy, optimized surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue. Strict tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces guarantee reliable combustion sealing and stable operation at sustained high RPM and boost levels.
