Manufactured from premium nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751 / 600 series), ZRP exhaust valves maintain structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C. They are specifically developed for extreme-duty environments where conventional stainless-steel valves cannot tolerate the thermal and mechanical loads generated by high-revving naturally aspirated or forced-induction engines.

Each valve is precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated to ensure outstanding dimensional accuracy, optimized surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue. Tight tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces guarantee reliable combustion sealing and stable high-RPM operation.
